We will do our best to maintain trip deadlines and scheduling. We have years of experience doing so. but the reality is . . . things happen, world crises develop, and moving a group of people is like herding cats.  


OUR REQUEST: Be flexible. Stay in peace. Don't lose your joy. God will make a way!



If you need to modify your trip schedule or activities separate from the group, give us a call.  We'll try to work with you.  Any additional expenses incurred will be added to your trip costs.



INTERNATIONAL TRIPS: DO NOT include airfare to/from Europe but do include all European transportation, food, lodging, visas, local travel, group entrance fees, etc. In other words, most everything but souvenirs, passport fees, and extracurricular activities.


Trip payment is divided into 5 payments as follows:


TRIP #1 - ITALY GREECE TURKEY - $4205* total

TRIP #2 - ITALY only - $2005*total

TRIP #3 - ITALY GREECE - $3405* total

NOTE: To assist trip participants in tracking the record of funds applied toward their trip, monthly account statements will be sent to each participant.

If your record of funds in your account differs from the monthly statement you receive, please contact our office.

NOTE: Payment schedule of $2975 for 

SPRING BREAK 2024 not yet updated for Greece Turkey trip


Trip Cancellations at least 21 days before trip departure: we will hold the unspent portion (not already paid for air, hotel, site deposits, etc.) for 12 months to apply to a future ClassicalTrips  trip or provide a cash refund within 120 days.



What if I miss a trip payment deadline?

Can I still go on the trip? 


Yes! However, if costs have increased due to adding you in after the group's air/lodging purchases have been made, those costs will be added to your overall trip costs.


Payments can be made by Credit/Debit/Square/PayPal, Cash or Check. Please put the appropriate information in the MEMO line of the check or in the Message portion of the Credit/Debit transaction with Square.

NOTE: Every effort has been made to keep trip costs as low as possible. Therefore, additional expenses incurred through Credit/Debit/PayPal/Square/Venmo processing fees of 3% are passed on to you.

Payment by CHECK or CASH does NOT incur the 3% fee.



Trip1 cost (CHECK or Cash) = $4205           

Trip1 cost (Credit/Debit/Square/PayPal)  = $4205+ $126 fee  


NOTE: You will have the option to leave a message or provide specific instructions for the payment through Square after proceeding to the payment site.

Credit card payments can be made via Square or PayPal.

If paying via PayPal, use the Donate button below and enter the payment amount.

Please use the DONATE button to make payments via PAYPAL towards the summer trips.

NOTE: Payments are not considered tax-deductible donations if you or a family member are the trip participant.


Write CLASSICAL TRIP in the MEMO line and include a note stating the trip participant for whom the payment applies.
