SCHEDULE:

We will do our best to maintain trip deadlines and scheduling. We have years of experience doing so. but the reality is . . . things happen, world crisis develop, and moving a group of people is like herding cats.  

OUR REQUEST: Be flexible. Stay in peace. Don't lose your joy. God will make a way!

TRIP OPTIONS:

If you need to modify your trip schedule or engage in activities separate from the group, give us a call.  Trip schedules are tight and highly defined.  Any additional expenses incurred will be added to your trip costs.

TRIP DEPOSIT:

A non-refundable $120 trip deposit holds your spot for a specific trip until the first payment is due for the trip.

PRICE INCLUDES:

INTERNATIONAL TRIPS: DO NOT include airfare to/from Europe but do include all European transportation, food, lodging, visas, local travel, group entrance fees, etc.

In other words, most everything but souvenirs, passport application fees, transportation to/from Europe, and extracurricular activities.

Trip payments are divided into multiple payments.

REFUNDS:

Trip Cancellations at least 21 days before trip departure: we will hold the unspent portion (not already paid for air, hotel, site deposits, etc.) for 12 months to apply to a future ClassicalTrips  trip or provide a cash refund within 120 days. The $120 deposit is non-refundable and is not included in any refundable or transferable amount.

TRIP DEADLINES:

What if I miss a trip payment deadline?

Can I still go on the trip? 

Yes! However, if costs have increased due to adding you in after the group's air/lodging purchases have been made, those costs will be added to your overall trip costs.

PAYMENTS:

ManagedMissions payments

Payments can be made by Credit/Debit or ACH transfer. 

ACH transfer is direct from your bank account.

Online payments are made thru the Classicaltrips.ManagedMissions.com website for your specific trip.  This information will be provided when you signup thru this website.

Note: the Payment page may be easier to complete on a computer rather than a phone.
