We will do our best to maintain trip deadlines and scheduling. We have years of experience doing so. but the reality is . . . things happen, world crises develop, and moving a group of people is like herding cats.

If you need to modify your trip schedule or activities separate from the group, give us a call. We'll try to work with you. Any additional expenses incurred will be added to your trip costs.
INTERNATIONAL TRIPS: include airfare from NYC*, food, lodging, visas, local travel, group entrance fees, etc. In other words, most everything but souvenirs, passport fees, and extracurricular activities.
*it may be possible to include the trip from your home to NYC for a small additional expense
Trip payment is divided into 4 payments as follows:

RELEASE/HOLD HARMLESS FORM:
All participants are required to submit a RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS FORM to participate in any Global Quest trip or activity. Click below to download the PDF form.
Due 2 weeks before departure.
Trip Cancellations at least 21 days before trip departure: we will hold the unspent portion (not already paid for air, hotel, site deposits, etc.) for 12 months to apply to another Global Quest trip.
What if I miss a trip payment deadline?
Can I still go on the trip? Yes!
However, if costs have increased due to adding you in after the group's air/lodging purchases have been made, those costs will be added to your overall trip costs.
Payments can be made by Credit/Debit, Cash or Check. Please put the appropriate information in the MEMO line of the check or in the Message portion of the Credit/Debit transaction with Square or PayPal.
NOTE: Every effort has been made to keep trip costs as low as possible. Therefore, additional expenses incurred through Credit/Debit processing fees of 3% are passed on to you. Payment by CHECK or Cash does NOT incur these additional fees.
