After completing the SignUp application and non-refundable Trip Deposit Payment ($60) you will be contacted by ClassicalTrips for additional information regarding travel, passports, trip insurance, etc.

 

Additonally, a Site Information schedule will be emailed to you regarding "site expert' assignments, specific itinerary, etc. approximately 1-2 months prior to the trip.

NOTE: After the Deposit is made, your place is held until the 1st payment due date.

NOTE: Every Trip Participant must individually complete the SignUp form, even if other family members have registered.

Note: Every person signing up for a trip needs to create a ManagedMissions account. Every ManagedMissions account needs a separate email address. There are no "family" accounts. Every person signing up for a trip must create a separate account, using a separate email address.  A $60 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of SignUp in ManagedMissions.

​

Example: if a Parent and a Student are going on a trip, each must create a separate ManagedMissions account using a different email address. A Parent should not put the Parent's email address as the Student's email address. Both Parent and Student must have separate accounts, using separate email addresses.

​

When creating a ManagedMissions account, your Trip SignUp will be considered a "trip application".  After completing the SignUp process, the Trip Application must be "approved" before the applicant is added to a specific trip.

​

The "approval" process for filling Summer trip spots is as follows:

 

Trip Priority:

• 3-Country Trip applicants (Italy-Greece-Turkey) have the highest priority.

• 2-Country Trip and 1-Country Trip applicants are waitlisted until two weeks after the first payment for the 3-Country Trip is due (usually mid-December).

• After that deadline, spots held with only the $60 non-refundable deposit but missing the 1st Payment are released for those on the 1 or 2 country waitlist.

Participant Preference:

• Student Trippers have preference over Adult Trippers for available spots.

• Among adults, a individual Parent of a Student Tripper filling a Parent spot is prioritized over both Parents of that Student due to the fact our lodging is not designed for married couples.

 

Purpose:

• These trips are educational and ministry-focused for Students, not designed as family vacations.

 

This structure ensures a balanced and purposeful trip dynamic, prioritizing Students and those committed to the full experience of the 3-Country Trip.
